Slalom 

Aavid Thermalloy is pleased to announce the latest product innovation in SMT compatible heat sinks. The new heat sink called “Slalom” is stamped from pre-black anodized aluminum instead of copper like our other SMT heat sinks. As a result there is better thermal performance at a lower unit cost. The lightweight aluminum body also allows faster pick and place assembly reducing the manufacturing cycle time.
