 DNK1101M is a new surface mount type high power IRED never realized before.
The adoption of large lens realizes higher power output than conventional lamp LEDs in a thinner package.
Operation at 50mA is possible at 85 due to superior heat dissipation.
DNK1101M is ideal for applications such as automotive which require high reliability and wide operating temperature range.
