Hantronix announces another two TFT displays, the HDA220 (portrait) and HDA430 (landscape). Both displays are designed to provide high contrast , wide wieving angle and display up to 262k colors. All DC/DC convertes are on board, including converter for white LED backlight . Built in controller provides direct interface to many popular CPU's. 
The HDA220 is  2.2", 240x320 resolution, transmissive display, measuring 40mm x 63mm x 2.3mm. The extended temp. range makes it good choice for outdoor applications..
The contrast ratio is 200:1 and operating temperature range -10°C ~ 60°C.The  HDA430 is  4.3", 480x272 resolution, transmissive display, measuring 235mm x 145mm x 5.9mm, all in a package weighting only 60g.The contrast ratio is 400:1 with a viewing angle of 160° The operating temperature range is -10°C ~ 60°C.
